Refund and Returns Policy

At Aemorio, we strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return & Replacement Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once sold. However, we will provide a replacement in cases where:

  • The product is damaged in transit
  • The product is defective on arrival

 Mandatory Requirement: To claim a replacement, you must provide valid proof, such as an unboxing video of the package recorded at the time of opening. Claims without such proof will not be accepted.

2. 7-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

We offer a 7-day replacement warranty on eligible products.

Please note: This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage
  • Water damage or exposure to liquids
  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by customer negligence or modifications

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

A replacement request will only be processed if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (with box, tags, warranty cards, user manuals, and accessories intact)
  • The product received is different from what was ordered

We will not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items not in original condition, missing parts, or damaged due to reasons not attributable to us
  • Intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or flammable goods
  • Cases of buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, color, or model ordered)

4. RETURN PROCESS

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at support@aemorio.com with your order details, reason for return, and supporting pictures/videos.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the address of the nearest warehouse.
  3. You must ship the product back using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
  4. Shipping costs for returning items are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. (Please mark the package as a “gift” to avoid customs charges on returns.)
  5. Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your replacement.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, contact us at support@aemorio.com

 Sale or promotion items are not eligible for replacement or exchange.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipping.
  • 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and transaction charges.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Invalid reasons for cancellation or refund include:

  • Finding the product at a lower price elsewhere
  • Change of mind after placing the order

7. REFUNDS

Refunds are only applicable in exceptional cases (e.g., cancellation before shipping or approved replacements where stock is unavailable).

  • All refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after deducting applicable shipping costs.
  • For returns, customers are requested to allow 5–7 working days for issue resolution before a refund or replacement is confirmed.

8. SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC ORDERS (INDIA):

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Delivery takes 3–7 business days in metro cities, and 10–12 business days for remote or interior locations.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

  • Shipped via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, DTDC, or similar providers.
  • Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days.

 Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays)

9. MISUSE OF POLICY

In cases where customers misuse this policy by:

  • Excessive or fraudulent return requests
  • Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept orders
  • Misbehavior with staff or courier partners

 Aemorio reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently block such customer accounts.
