At Aemorio, we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you quickly, securely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver all domestic and international orders.

  1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details and courier partner information.

  1. Domestic Shipping (India)

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post.

Estimated delivery time:

Metro cities: 3–7 business days

Remote/interior locations: 8–12 business days

Delivery timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions.

  1. International Shipping

We ship worldwide through reputed partners such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and DTDC International.

Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the order weight and location.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) must be paid by the customer as per the destination country’s laws.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

  1. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If you are unavailable during both attempts:

If the shipment is returned due to non-delivery, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Aemorio will not be responsible for orders that are unclaimed, refused, or returned due to incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery.

  1. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears to be tampered, damaged, or opened, please:

Take a clear video or photographs of the parcel.

We will investigate and arrange for a replacement if the claim is verified.
