7. PRICING & PAYMENTS

• All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Despite our best efforts, errors may occur. In case of mispricing:
  • If the correct price is lower, we will charge the lower amount.
  • If the correct price is higher, we will cancel your order and notify you.
• Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon dispatch to the shipping carrier.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Domestic orders are processed within 2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 working days (10–12 for remote locations).
• International orders are shipped via carriers such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, DTDC with an estimated delivery time of 10–15 working days.
• Delivery attempts will be made twice; failure to accept delivery makes it the customer’s responsibility to collect from the courier. Aemorio is not liable if the package is later destroyed by the courier due to non-collection.

9. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

• Aemorio follows a 7-Day Limited Replacement Policy (not refunds) for defective or damaged items.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
• Sale or promotional items are not eligible for replacement.
• Orders can only be canceled before processing/shipping and may attract a 20% cancellation fee.
• Full refund is processed only if the product is unavailable or order is canceled due to stock/pricing errors.

10. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

• Aemorio may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the website.
• On termination, Aemorio may delete your account or restrict further access without liability.
• Customers remain liable for any outstanding payments for products ordered prior to termination.

11. PROMOTIONS & OFFERS

• Discounts and promotions are applied on merchandise value including applicable taxes.
• Aemorio reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional scheme at its discretion.
• Terms for specific contests or campaigns will be published separately.

12. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

• Aemorio will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.
• Product specifications (weight, color, size, etc.) are indicative and may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to limit sales, including prohibiting sales to resellers.
• Typographical or photographic errors are not binding.
