We do not offer a return or refund on any of our products. We will replace the product if there is any damage incurred in transit, we need valid proof for replacement, always make an unboxing video of the package.

OUR 7 DAY WARRANTY

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

RETURNS 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

In order to receive your replacement please read the paragraph below:-

Products can only be replaced if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for replacement.
Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing at info@aemorio.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

To assure your replacement please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don’t cover custom fees for returns)
Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and then a replacement will be sent.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Product may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or colour or size of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered

Return will be processed only if:-
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@aemorio.com

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be replaced.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons:

The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Note:- All refunds are made after deducting the shipping cost (if your package have been shipped by us). In case of return, customer is requested to wait for 5-7 days for us to properly address the issue raised and provide you with proper support.

In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or cancelling or not accepting the orders placed or misbehaving with the staff, Aemorio reserves the right to warn and/or suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
